Redesign Meu Tim App

This project focused on redesigning the Meu TIM app to improve user autonomy and efficiency through a data-driven approach. By conducting in-depth user research to identify critical friction points, I developed a streamlined solution that simplifies navigation and reduces the steps required to access key features, such as chat support. The resulting design provides a more intuitive, modern interface that minimizes user frustration and strengthens the app's overall perceived value.
